  • Role specific training based on identified competencies
  • Leadership development – focusing on interpersonal relationships, social influence and team dynamics
  • Technical skills – from generic to product specific

From the date of hire employees are enrolled in going through an extensive Orientation experience and robust On-boarding program to equip them for success in the early stages of their career with OEM.

Management Development Program (MDP)

The MDP is a formalized rotational development program targeted at high potential University graduates with leadership ability. Each participant will learn the business by moving through three different positions in the company over a three year time period. Rotations are approximately one year and may include positions in the Customer Service, Materials Management, Process Improvement or Production departments. This challenging program provides the incumbent with the opportunity to learn the business and the potential to become a future leader at OEM.
